With over 16 years’ experience in project management and dispute resolution, Latoya brings deep industry insight and strategic leadership to complex matters. She holds a BCom in Business Management, an LLB, a Diploma in Project Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Certified Private and court-annexed mediator.
Latoya specialises in construction, commercial, and contractual disputes, combining technical project expertise with legal precision to deliver practical, results-driven outcomes. She is an Associate Member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
Kelisha Naidoo
Director
Kelisha is a commercially focused legal professional holding a BCom Law and an LLB degree. She specialises in commercial disputes and advisory services, applying a strategic, solution-oriented approach grounded in business practicality. She is a certified private and court-annexed mediator.
Her work is driven by a clear understanding of commercial risk, contractual frameworks, and dispute mitigation. Kelisha is an Associate Member of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa).
